SOAS University of London Hiring for HR Assistant – HR Operations at London Full Time

We are looking for a HR Assistant to join the HR Operations Team at SOAS University of London.

About the Role

The HR Assistant will provide a professional and positive point of contact for staff and managers, providing information and referring queries on to colleagues as appropriate and maintaining confidentiality at all times. They will support the delivery of their HR Operations function, entering information onto the HR systems, monitoring inboxes, drafting template letters and upholding service standards. HR Assistants work for a specific team within the HR Services function (recruitment, HR operations, payroll, pensions and HR Business Partnering Team) but undertake comparable roles and may move between them.

About you

You will have experience of working in a similar HR role and of delivering effective customer service. You should be organised and be able to manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines in a busy office environment. Excellent attention to detail is also essential for the role.
