Salary: Grade 6 £30,732 – £36,925.50 per annum (Inc. LA) Salary is dependent on skills and experience, but appointments are usually made at the lower end of the scale

Location: Bloomsbury, London (Successful candidate must be based in the UK – for the duration of their contract)

About the role

This role supports the Department Manager in providing an excellent experience for all students within the Department. By providing a friendly, efficient and effective specialist advice and support in response to student enquiries to the department, the post-holder performs key administrative functions supporting the entire student journey.

The post-holder will work closely with their departmental team, student engagement and experience team and the Student Hub, in delivering excellent student experience.

About you

You will need to demonstrate:

• Ability to identify and implement creative improvements to procedures and systems within parameters set by the Department Manager
• Ability to develop positive and proactive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.
• Ability to identify and share good practice within a team.
