We are seeking an Associate HR BP to join the HR Business Partner Team within the HR Directorate.
About the Role
The Associate HR BP provides managers with advice on a range of people issues and policies and manage a caseload of disciplinary and grievance processes. They take on specific tasks and initiatives to support individual departments as well as being responsible for specific processes including tailored adjustments and return to work plans.

About you
The successful candidate will have experience of advising managers effectively on HR policies and procedures and identifying pragmatic solutions to staffing and development issues. They will have good interpersonal skills, including persuading and influencing skills, and a strong analytic and problem-solving capability.
You should also;
Have or be working towards CIPD Level 7 qualification or have equivalent, relevant work experience.
Have proven experience of identifying pragmatic solutions to HR issues and identifying and implementing improvements to people management policies, procedures or processes.
Have an up-to-date knowledge of basic employment law, including around diversity and inclusion and data protection, and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
