Snyder Homes Hiring for Estimator & AutoCad Operator at Shelburne, VT Full Time

Full Job Description

Snyder Homes, a residential homebuilding company based in Shelburne, is looking for an Architectural Designer/Estimator to join our team.

This position will require the chosen candidate to:

Use AutoCAD to draw individual homes for each homebuyer and efficiently and accurately estimate all new homes and to purchase the appropriate materials and services in accordance with pre-set budgets.

Must be proficient on AutoCAD, and have the desire and ability to learn estimating system that we utilize.

Candidate will have the opportunity and responsibility to prepare sketches, drawings and detailed price estimates for customer options.

This is a full time position with a complete benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
