About the role:

As the People Administrator, you will be working very closely with the Head of People in developing, shaping and embedding HR best practise across Snowfall. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking an environment that is dynamic, fast moving and one that provides great opportunity for development.

This role will be focussed on the end-to-end employee life cycle where you will be responsible for running the day-to-day People operation processes and ensuring a high quality people experience.

You will have ideally already had exposure working within a People/ HR Administrative role with a strong passion for people and its operation.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the pre boarding and onboarding process for new joiners, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a ‘people first’ experience as well as with IT and the Head of People
• Responsible for preparing key documentation during the employee life cycle; this will include, but not limited to, offer letters and employment contracts, promotion letters, probation letters and reference letters to name a few
• Daily management of the HRIS, Personio, by ensuring the system is up to date as well as developing new workflows within the system to support better people processes
• Management of absences, including regularly reporting that comes with this
• Being the first point of contact for all internal queries
• Supporting the management of the international payroll process and building strong relationships between the Finance team
• Working in accordance to the employee handbook and working with the Legal team in the development of any new legislation

What we’re looking for:

• Previous HR/People Administrative experience
• Able to start at short notice
• Excited about working in a dynamic environment
• Taking the initiative in developing great people practises and challenging status quo to always improve
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
• Genuine interest in working within the People department
• CIPD qualifications are preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
