Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the changes to our HRIS systems (Sage People) and is focused on automating and improving how the HR team delivers services to the wider business.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Working on business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
Develop and manage system changes to Sage People and Smart Recruiters along with any other apps
Work with our external vendors and consultancy to roll out changes
Key performance indicators
Project status for HRIS roadmap
Velocity of changes
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Experience working with senior decision-makers
Communication and interpersonal skills
HR background/working practices
Knowledge of agile development including Jira
Qualifications
Degree in Business, management or IT
