The National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic account relationships, developing and implementing profitable sales programs and promotional strategies, and managing the field sales organization. This position executes expansion plans and other strategic initiatives by developing customer relationships, negotiating annual programs, and managing internal communications to ensure success of sales. To be successful, the National Sales Manager will need to effectively manage regional plans and resources to meet organizational goals.
This position is a full-time salaried, exempt position and s to the Sales Director. The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 – $110,000 per year. This position is hybrid remote with weekly work in our office in Portland, OR and will travel up to 50% of the time to in support of sales accounts, events, and tradeshows. Weekend work and travel is occasionally required.
