We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to strategically source and evaluate (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med-Techs and Caregivers) supporting our regional long-team and skilled nursing facilities. This is a critical and strategic recruiting position that will support 8 to 10 skilled nursing facilities.

Essential Functions
Partner closely with each facility hiring manager to support current and future staffing needs.
Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level in Windsor employment opportunities through the assigned region.
Identify prospective candidates for job openings to ensure job requirements and expectations are assessed against appropriate criteria and presents candidates to the hiring manager.
Prescreen and schedule candidate for Windsor facilities to help facilitate the hiring process.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques that include searching resumes online, Newton applicant software, LinkedIn, EDD job boards, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
Responsible for driving the sourcing process through Newton application tracking system, while ensuring data integrity
Source qualified candidates through multiple channels while building out the candidate database (CRM)
Quarterly facility visits are required which may require overnight stays, on occasion.
Qualifications
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Two years of experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet.
Experience using various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, MyCNA.com etc.
Prior experience with an online-based ATS (Newton, iCIMS, Bullhorn, Taleo, etc.)
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Detail-oriented with ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude under pressure
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
