The person in this role will also be responsible for bringing to life new ideas to enhance the consumer’s digital conversion experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Collects, synthesizes and incorporates client feedback in all deliverables.
• Collaborates with Digital Transformation Services Team and provides content for sales proposal/presentations.
• Contributes to defining and evolving the Scan Center’s processes and standards.
• Collaborates with colleagues and clients to collect content and specifications.
• Maintains knowledge in the division’s products and services and digitization tools and best practices.
• Collects and applies feedback from internal and external clients to continuously improve processes and personal performance.
• Investigates and resolves any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders; reconcile manifest for all orders.
• Accurately prepares all necessary paperwork.
• Inspects and maintains all equipment and applications.
• Observes safety procedures and reports any safety issues.
• Performs all physical requirements without assistance.
• Works effectively as individual contributor in a team dynamic.
• 30% travel
• Mentors others as opportunities arise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, e.g., SOC 2, ISO, CMM, Six Sigma.
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior level clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
