Client is seeking a temporaryRecruiting Coordinator to provide highlevel administrative supportto our North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team.
This teamrecruits consultants in the United States Mexico Canada and Brazil.In this role you will support overall recruiting efforts includingresume collection interview scheduling and logistics room bookingcandidate travel (as needed) candidate expenses and offerpreparation.
This role is an integral member of the teamserving as a primary point of contact for candidates and helping usdeliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managersalike.
You will liaise with recruiters applicants and businessleaders in different cities countries and time zones making sureeveryone is informed and on the same page.
This position requiresan individual who has superior organizational and prioritizationskills; understands the necessity for confidentiality andprofessionalism at all times;
has experience working in fast pacedenvironments and is able to consistently deliver in a highvolumeenvironment while remaining organized and calm underpressure.
KeyResponsibilities :
Coordinate a highvolume of interviews and logistics including video conferencesoffice visits phone screens and debrief meetings.
Provide timely and professional communication tocandidates.
Develop strong relationships with allparticipants candidates recruiters and interviewers.
Manage a high volume of candidates and schedulingactivity.
Perform other recruitment duties and projectsas assigned.
ExperienceRequired :
Bachelors degree orequivalent.
Minimum of 13 years supporting a recruitingteam or 13 years working as an Executive Assistant both in a highvolume fastpaced environment.
Experience in managementconsultancy financial services and / or a similar professionalservices industry a plus.
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
Experience with applicant trackingsystems a plus.
Some knowledge of recruiting policiesprocedures and laws.
