Snake River Grill has been a landmark restaurant of Jackson Hole for the last 28 years. We are a dinner-only restaurant with a Modern American menu served in a rustic elegant setting. Our menu is based on the growing seasons and changes often. We also create nightly specials that offer a broad variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.

The Pastry Chef is responsible for the creation and execution of a modern American dessert menu that changes often according to the seasons along with creative collaborations with the Executive Chef. Work in an intimate department of 2 assistants in your own pastry specific area.

The job entails a variety of opportunities: Creating pastry menu of 5 to 6 desserts that changes often along with a nightly dessert special / Spinning ice cream, sorbet and gelato from scratch/ Doughs such as Pizza and cracker/ Bread baking such as Kaiser Rolls and Brioche Loaves/ Occasionally baking and decorating cakes for special events.

You have 8 weeks a year off when we are closed for our off-seasons of April and November.
