SMS Mining Services is a privately owned, West Australian based Mining Contractor. Founded in 2000, SMS has progressed from being solely Equipment Rental to now having extensive involvement in the Maintenance, Contract Mining and Drill and Blast Divisions.

About the Role:
**
We are currently looking for an International Recruitment Advisor to join the team here at our Perth office to take on our International Recruitment Campaign and make the role your own.

• Liaise with migration agents
• Ensure visa compliance
• Build and maintain quality talent pools of candidates who are seeking opportunities in Australia
• Manage recruitment advertising campaigns that attract candidates to Australia
• Undertake key compliance and referee checks on all candidates
• Ensure data entry and system management processes are upheld
• Work creatively and collaboratively with the wider team to create marketing and build candidate networks, including actively using social media platforms
• You will be required to travel internationally 1-2 times per annum to help facilitate the initial selection process
• Take ownership of all onboarding and progressing of all international candidates upon arrival to Australia

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in successfully hiring and relocating international candidates
• Multilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and potential employees
• Outstanding communication skills
• High level of organisational skills and excellent attention detail
• Strong integrity, reliable and desire to achieve quality outcomes
• Able to work independently without supervision, as well as in a team environment
