Smoothlink is a tech company building digital solutions for clients all over the world with a large focus on construction and finance.

With Smoothlink growing quite fast we are in need of someone to help support us and our clients as we continue to develop our products in the market.

As the Strategic Product Consultant at Smoothlink, you will be responsible and on the front line of communication and problem solving with our clients and prospects. We are looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable in construction software and or finance software and is a fast learner. We need to you to be responsive to our support calls and inbound emails and deliver great customer service while building good connections with a friendly solution based service. The role will also do account management for our current client base.

To succeed in this role you must be passionate about problem solving, have attention to detail and want to grow with our business. Training will be provided, however, you MUST have experience with construction software and or financial software and have a solid understanding of how general business financials work as you will be dealing with accountants, CFO’s, CEO’s and Directors of large construction companies.

NOTE: This role can be performed either from our office on the Sunshine Coast or remotely from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $66,500.00 – $93,600.00 per year
