SML, USA INC Hiring for Machine Operator at Raleigh, NC Full Time

Summary of Position

The main responsibility for this position is to fulfill SML Service Bureau label orders by operating with internal printing application, thermal printers and other necessary software and hardware within our manufacturing location.

Essential Service Bureau Operator Duties and Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Download print jobs using internal software

· Process and check for damage product while printing

· Ensure print quality are acceptable during quality check process

· Package orders based on given instructions and include necessary paperwork.

· Close orders from internal ERP system and prepare for shipments

· Take packaged order and ship to customer address

· Provide paperwork to CSR for billing once complete

· Process PDS for SB related projects

Additional responsibilities:

· Support other SML Service Bureau location when needed

· Process all Production AX steps for local production facilities

· Close all productions AX steps when needed for all local production facilities

· Complete any sample requests within 48 hours if needed

· Perform basic maintenance and repairs on any hardware

· Ship all international orders along with proper paperwork

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

· Basic knowledge on RFID and thermal printers.

· Hardware support including machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

· Have basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)

· Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $11.00 per hour
