Dishwasher Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Dishwasher is to provide kitchen and serving staff with clean, sanitized dishes and small wares.

Proper care and use of chemicals

Operate and maintain the dish washing machine

Follow proper dishwashing procedures

Ensure proper garbage disposal

Check and safely maintain chemical levels

Regularly check the sanitizer levels

Put dishes away

Ensure proper handling of dishes to avoid breakage and soiling

Assist with cleaning up breakage and spillage, disposing materials safely (ie: broken glasses)

Some level of food preparation as needed

Dishwashers are our entry level position into our high energu kitchens. We love the having the opportunity to promote our dishwashers to line cooks and prep cooks when they show interest.
