Turn key solutions for industrial and commercial companies, we offer full machine shop services, Millwright services, and Industrial Electrical services.

We have been owned and operated out of Vancouver for over 60 years.

Multiple staff with 10-30 years of service.

Responsibility:

• Use a variety of software’s, such as Microsoft Word, Gmail, Excel. Familiarity with Google platforms a benefit (G-sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Intuit systems is a must.
• Process and allocate payments
• Answer phones and distribute calls throughout the company.
• Data entry in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Follow up on Accounts Receivables.

Qualifications:

• Excellent efficiency and interpersonal skills
• Able to bring positive energy when interacting with customers and your teammates
• Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, customers and other external contacts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Experience in a similar role considered an asset

Work location:

• 11526 Twigg Place, Richmond, BC.
• Working remotely is possible when the candidate is familiar with our systems and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
