Looking for an applicant who is detail oriented, with excellent attendance to assist our Budget Coordinator and Accounts Payable. Budgeting experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of account payable procedures and terminology. Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office/Outlook, and excel is a must.
Responsibilities include: scanning invoices, filing, coordinating and tracking packing slips and invoices, reconciling company credit card account, remote deposits, and other various office tasks. Must be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
