The Digital Experience Intern will work with the Digital Experience Marketing team to assist in optimizing the customer experience via monitoring key mobile app & site funnels and the consumer journey. Projects will include analyzing heatmaps & user recordings, measurement of mobile app & site performance, industry analysis and quality assurance with an end of summer project focused on SmileMaker Platform optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from app & site providing insights and updates on performance
- Perform competitive industry analysis and research in the marketplace for the broader Digital Experience Team
- Support the DX Team in daily administrative tasks including site QA, troubleshooting, and daily performance monitoring
- Provide POV on emerging opportunities and innovative experiences within the industry
- Provide timely updates and questions to key team leads
- Deliver a project plan specific to improving our SmileMaker platform performance
- Work on real time meaningful business initiatives
- Gain professional development and mentorship
- Experience the fun and exciting culture of SDC

Qualifications:
- Are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a marketing/analytics or related field
- Are currently enrolled full-time and qualify as a ‘Rising Senior’
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are eager to learn new technologies as required
- Are passionate about making people smile
- Are highly curious and have a strong drive for results
