SmileDirectClub Hiring for Continuous Education Trainer – US (Remote) at Remote Full Time

As a Continuous Education Trainer, you will train staff on all activities related to customer service, documentation, policies, and procedures based on observable behaviors and trends identified within the Contact Center. In addition, you should also be great under pressure and able to remain organized.

Responsibilities:
Cross-train (SmileSchools) existing Team Members on new company updates or procedures.

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs.

Gather data on trends within the Contact Center and create material to improve functionally and quality of the team.

Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).

Keep track of completion for cross-training initiatives and its impact on the Business KPIs.

Provide constructive recommendations for improving scripts, programs, and training techniques and help with implementation.

Participate in the development and delivery of the onboarding programs and continuous education for all roles in the Contact Center.

Maintain project documentation and course folders (Needs Analysis, Design Documents, Facilitator Guides etc.).

Develop Web based training modules.

Support trainers with class delivery, when required.

Take the assigned portable computer home every day, in order to maintain connectivity to SDC and ability to perform required tasks offsite, if required.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of training experience in the Contact Center and/or Minimum 6 months of experience in curriculum development/management.

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

High energy and enthusiasm a must.

Analytical and organizational skills.

Dynamic personality with a focus on educating, instructing, and motivating.

Problem solving skills.

Must be well versed in Smile Direct Club processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Desire Experience creating Web-based training.

Minimum 6 months of experience in curriculum development/management
