We are looking for a Doctor Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate the sourcing, screening, placement, and onboarding of doctors
• Organize itineraries and attend interviews, as needed
• May assist with initial negotiation of employment agreements
• Establish relationships with top orthodontic schools and residency programs to identify and source potential talent
• Attend conferences and events to gather leads, establish relationships and market Smile Doctors
• Partner with key stakeholders such as human resources, marketing, finance, operations, and others to streamline the doctor onboarding process
• Update posted positions as needed
• Maintain a database with candidate details
• Serve as a point of contact for doctor candidates to update them on their status

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum two (2) years’ recruiting experience required; previous doctor recruitment experienced preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of the recruitment process
