Our company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to help support our team. The successful candidate will have experience with financial statements, financial reporting, and liaising with third party vendors. We value outstanding customer service and are seeking a motivated, self-starting professional who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and upload invoices.
- Perform daily and weekly bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with posting new transactions to the general ledger.
- Gather data for management reports.
- Communicate with clients about past day and week receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing checks.
- Create financial reports for company management.
- Organize files and office furniture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,871.00 – $46,636.00 per year
