Job Summary: Develop, transform and manage all aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for both short-term and long-term goals to include sourcing, interviewing, selecting, onboarding and retaining talent for all WI locations. Provide cost effective solutions to maximize recruitment efforts.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Establish, plan and administer all recruitment and talent acquisition processes, procedures and strategies to include developing creative sourcing methods that expand visibility and network for potential candidates, future leaders, managers and executives.
· Forecast workforce needs, analyze market trends, review target area conditions, and assess available supply of candidates; balancing all to ensure business needs are met while avoiding employee shortages or surpluses.
· Implement and manage candidate experience and expectations through processes that promote a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
· Build and maintain long term partnerships with high schools, colleges, universities, alumni groups and other public organizations to find and attract talent.
· Present organization information in public forums including schools, universities, organizations, and career fairs and/or other appropriate community events.
· Creatively source candidates through different venues such as hiring events, career fairs, digital marketing, social media, and community outreach to form a strong talent pipeline.
· Responsible for vendor management to include identifying, partnering and contract negotiation with external providers; ensuring hiring needs are met.
· Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop job profiles and identify needs to attract high-quality applicants. Advise management on interviewing, hiring and candidate evaluation.
· Develop metrics and data analytics to drive positive experiences for talent acquisition and key stakeholders.
· Define and lead recruitment projects focused on continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws, EEOC, AA, HIPAA, ERISA; and company policies regarding recruitment and selection process.
· Provide additional support as needed to human resources and site leadership teams.
· Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and minimum of 5 years demonstrated Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Collaborative approach to building relationships
· Solid understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media and HRIS systems
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Desirable Qualifications:
· Experience in college, university recruitment
· Hands-on experience in medical device industry recruitment
· In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques
ADA Requirements:
· Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
· Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
· Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
· Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing hazards
· Travel by air or car occasionally
