SmartStart Education seeks a Long-term Substitute teacher to teach Physics and Engineering at a high school in Bronx, NY.
The position starts January 30, 2023 and ends on June 27, 2023.
The schedule will be 8:20 am through 4:20 pm on Mondays, 8:20 am through 4:15 pm on Tuesdays and 8:20 am through 3:00 pm on Wednesdays through Fridays..
Qualified Candidates:
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree
- Have at least one-year teaching experience
- Understand the needs of urban students, schools, and communities
- Possess subject matter mastery
- Show a passion and commitment to the success of students
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $275/day plus $50 stipend on Mondays and Tuesdays
