We are looking for highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our growing team. Talent Acquisition Specialists or TAS’s interview pre-screened qualified candidates that are passionate about education and wanting to make a difference in the schools we service. TAS’s will assist with the beginning of the onboarding process, help hired candidates complete pre-hire paperwork, and be a point of contact throughout the year.

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will

• Have at least 5 years teaching experience in an urban setting or similar.
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
• Have open availability during the day, evenings, and weekends to conduct interviews and assist candidates.
• Have at least 3 years experience with mentoring teachers.
• Be proficient with computers (zoom, Microsoft, Excel).

This opportunity pays $22 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
