SmartSec Solutions Hiring for HR Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our busy team on a part time basis. The right candidate will be someone very keen to learn and develop within a fast paced business environment. You will be mostly responsible for recruitment and on boarding processes.

We are looking for someone bright, with great attention to detail, excellent planning and time management skills, someone responsible, reliable and ambitious. SmartSec Solutions is a leader in the security industry, employing over 300 security officers, receptionists, building managers and front office personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of in-house Security Officers and Receptionists;
• Full responsibility for the Recruitment process, including job advertising, recruiting, offer letters, sourcing and campaigns;
• Other HR administrative tasks

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to gain experience within the Recruitment sector, working in a HR team. You will learn on the job, with coaching and training from the Human Resources Manager.

Two days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
