The primary focus for this role will be performing digital content management as it relates to organizing digital content files from clients and advertisers, facilitating programmatic/PMP activations, assessing audience data analytics, storing files online, dashboarding, activating and implementing digital content through the Smartify Media CMS to all our networks digital display endpoints in the field. In addition, you will also take part in conference calls, strategy sessions, meetings and communicate directly with the Founding Team. You will make a real difference as a valued part of the Smartify Media Team and will help manage a technical digital signage network with huge potential for physical retail stores, advertising and the real estate industry. Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage all digital content for the Smartify display network
• Perform diagnostic checks remotely and troubleshoot CMS issues
• Complete all assignments within the timeframe offered
• Provide a high degree of client service while communicating with clients and partners
• Ensure compliance as directed by Smartify Media management
• Ensure all field information is organized and provided to the Smartify Media Team
• Keep folders, files and s organized and accessible
• Ensure all questions, issues, action-items are logged and followed up on
• Communicate with Smartify Media Team about what is happening in the market, new signage, new potential locations, retail changes, etc.
• Manage several online portals in programmatic, CMS, website, DMPs and manage aspects of Smartify’s Network Operation Center.

Required Qualifications:

• Self-starter
• One to Three years’ experience in one of the related fields:

• Information Technology (IT)
• Digital Advertising/Digital Signage/Digital Out-of-Home
• Consumer Electronics (Digital Displays, Media Players, Cameras)
• Marketing or Software or IoT or Real Estate

• Highly organized with proficient computer skills
• Possess superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time-management
• Project a professional image of themselves

Compensation: Full-Time Salary Position; plus PTO and annual productivity bonuses.
