SmartFinancial is a leading insurance technology company working on building tools to make the insurance shopping process better, simpler, and more effective. We are experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to source, recruit and close talented professionals to join our world-class organization. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude, and is passionate about supporting the growth of an innovative technology company.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various teams

• Source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for open positions

• Shepherd candidates through the process in a friendly and professional manner

• Consult with hiring manageress to discuss position requirements, recruiting strategy, and timelines to fill jobs

• Respond to candidate queries in a timely, helpful manner, and deliver a best-in-class experience

• Maintain recruiting reports and measure performance against metrics

• Track and document candidate communications in ATS

• Plan and execute recruiting events

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter

• Expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and thoroughness

• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and high-performance environment

• Tech-savvy and can work consistently within our ATS system and G-suite

• Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
