Smarter Call Center Solutions is a premium Virtual Staffing Company that specializes in providing work from home Customer Service Positions. Over the last 10 years we’ve been working with different companies and clients, Providing Customer Service, Sales, Appointment setting and Technical Support. Our Mission is to provide opportunities to Customer Service Professionals like you.
We are hiring Customer Service and Sales Associates to answer inbound calls and provide customer support, make outbound calling, and do some sales calls in a remote/home office environment with flexible work hours. You MUST have a strong English verbal skills and a customer focused personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures
Received Inbound sales with upsell and cross sales
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Making outbound calls if necessary and do appointment scheduling.
SYSTEM AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Agent must provide his own Computer with the following specifications:
- Processor: at least Corei5
- Memory: at least 8GB RAM
- Operating system: Windows 10
- USB Headset with extended mic and with noise cancellation
- Internet speed of at least 30mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Internet should be wire connected NOT via Wifi.
- Quiet Working Environment
- Live camera showing trainee from the shoulders up.
WORK HOURS:
- Requires Open Availability
- 8am to 12am EST
- 5 shifts required per week, of which at least one weekend shift and ALL Mondays are required.
- Mandatory Weekly Team Meeting every other Tuesday from 9pm-10pm EST.
TRAINING SCHEDULES:
- ORIENTATION:
August 4, 2023 2023 (Friday): 4:30pm-9:30pm EST
- WEEK 1 OF TRAINING
August 7-11, 2023 (Monday-Friday) from 9am-2pm EST.
- WEEK 2 OF TRAINING (Nesting with shadowing)
August 12, 2023 – during the first week of training.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 per hour
