Getting the best new talent into our well defined career path across national sales teams is vital to the organisation’s continued success. We are looking for a dedicated and hard working HR professional to support our rapidly expanding team.

Join a small talent acquisition unit reporting straight into the Directors and Business Development Managers. This role is full time and based in our Sydney office in Waterloo.

• We use the best technologies to help you source and select the right people
• We will surround you with people who know what works
• You will assess and brief junior sales applicants on the significant opportunity they are considering
• You will schedule group and individual interviews, chase and confirm attendance
• Post their meeting with the hiring managers, you will notify those who have not made the cut
• You will then check personal details and references before making job offers to the successful candidates
• You will arrange start dates and confirm their onboarding arrangements

When you are familiar with the current process, you will be hungry to improve it.

• You will use data driven decisions and analysis to demonstrate what you are proposing before executing your ideas
• You will constantly strive to be creative and effective in your employment advertising writing and innovative in your talent sourcing strategies
• Any experience in using Social Media as a sourcing strategy will be highly regarded

What we need from you:

• Some experience in a similar recruitment / talent acquisition / resourcer role OR an interest in the field and a background in B2C, field, direct or telesales
• Intermediate abilities with Excel. You must be tech savvy
• Confidence, drive, resilience, excellent communication
• A strong sense of ownership. Doing what it takes to get your managers the recruits they need
