The Job:

This role is offered on a 5 maybe 4 days, casual to perm basis with standard hours in our Byron Bay head office

• Weekly processing of payables
• Invoicing (across multiple entities)
• Reconciliations (across multiple entities)
• Property Management (Leases, Bond administration, Maintenance, utilities, Insurances)
• Fixed Asset Management (Tracking Assets, Repairs, Purchases)
• Visa Administration
• Adhoc tasks as required including office administration

It is expected the successful candidate will have:

• Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets abilities
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience with Xero (advisor certification desirable) / MYOB
• An Accounting Diploma, Qualification OR consistent experience in an Accounting Role (eg. Reconciliations, Bookkeeping)
• Experience with CRM’s (Salesforce highly regarded)

• Able to demonstrate you are organised detail and task oriented
• IT Savvy and able to multitask
• Nimble and agile. We are a start up, expect fast pace, autonomy, ambiguity, change and a need to hustle
• Can show good judgment on priorities and push back where necessary – address the commercial imperatives of the business first and the ‘nice to haves’ in a workplace second
