Smart Caliber Technology Hiring for Marketing Analyst Healthcare Medicaid Medicare-% remote at United States Full Time

This is an urgent need and I would like to get this filled ASAP with a start date of 10/16 if possible.

Our Current Marketing Analyst Senior’s Workload Is Not Manageable Long Term, So We Need This Individual To Support Her With The Following

• Execute technical research and data analytics projects
• Perform data monitoring and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Provide audience segmentation at front end of traditional and omni-channel marketing campaigns, followed by performance ing
• Provide digital marketing campaign analysis through Google Analytics, SEO/Paid Search Performance
• Offer digital content analytics for social media, structured vs. unstructured content and non-text based (voice, images, etc.)
• The JD is up to date

The individual needs to have the following experience while keeping the job description in mind:

• Experience gathering and analyzing data using surveys and available date/intelligence portals to provide Marketing Managers with meaningful insights about the market & consumers for products across Medicare, Medicaid and IFP.
• Support Marketing Analyst Senior in preparing research designs, project scheduling, budgeting, data analysis and generation.
• Develop survey questionnaires and/or focus group/IDI screener and interview guides.
• They must have at least two years’ experience in marketing research. Experience should include research design & planning, questionnaire/interview guide creation, fieldwork management, data analysis.
• Individual should thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment where others are passionate about their work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
