We need smart people to support and provide consultation for our range of market-leading 3D design, calculation and ERP software.

The role involves helping our genuinely appreciative customers and contributing to the software’s ongoing improvement. There is plenty of room to develop and a genuine opportunity to influence the business. We offer flexibility in the role, with a core of responsibilities including:

• Consulting and problem-solving technical and business issues for customers
• Configuring databases and software
• Testing and product improvement
• Improving internal processes

Experience with Excel, SQL Server, Citrix, cloud computing, web-based software, Active Directory or remote server management are welcome but not essential – training is provided.

You will be a self-starting puzzle solver and, as a software company, we would also expect you to have a keen interest in computers. You might be a recent graduate with strong grades or someone looking for an exciting chance to move into IT. We value intelligence and attitude over the ability to keep a chair warm.
