We are recruiting for a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join an expanding business within the dental industry. This role is instrumental in driving the companies’ social media growth and contributing to the implementation of impactful marketing strategies to grow their brand!

This exciting full-time permanent opportunity is tailored for a creative individual with a deep passion for social media and a proven track record in crafting and executing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

In this role, you’ll wield significant influence, steering the social media strategy while actively participating in current and future marketing endeavors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating compelling content across diverse social media platforms
• Ensuring the company website maintains an engaging and updated appearance.
• Constantly evaluating and analysing the success of social media and marketing campaigns
• Spearheading the introduction of new campaigns and fostering customer engagement
• Managing influential influencer marketing programs.

Key Details:

• A full-time permanent role located in Point Cook (office-based)
• Free onsite parking
• Competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 + Super
• Standard business hours, Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm)

What skills do you need?

• Demonstrated experience in successfully executing social media and marketing plans in a business environment.
• Minimum 1.5/2 years’ experience in a similar role
• A creative mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse and understand data/trends and make suggestions and improvements based off this.
• Preferably, experience with WordPress.
