Our client is an established public accounting practice located in Kew. They are seeking a Finance Administrator who thrives in an environment where you get to wear multiple hats, splitting your time between practice administration and client accounting.

• Salary of $80k-95k+ super depending on experience
• Full time Permanent Position – Open to part time for the right candidate

The Role

As part of the small close-knit team, you will be responsible for keeping the practice running smoothly managing the HR and Finance functions, along with assisting with client bookkeeping and tax returns.

• Payroll administration
• Account reconciliation and audit
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Client bookkeeping and Bas prep
• Preparing Financials and Tax Returns

About you

You are someone who enjoys variety an all-around ability with a flexible attitude. Extensive experience in bookkeeping for both the business and clients, preparation of tax returns and payroll administration is essential.

• Must have experience with MYOB Accountants Enterprise and XERO
• Experience with Recon is desirable
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency
• Sound judgement, analysis and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting is desirable
