Slonky, LLC Hiring for Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for an innovative, efficient Instructional Designer to work with SMEs to build a variety of Articulate 360 or Story courses and help manage our cloud-based and Wordpress-driven LMS systems and Learners. While Instructional Design/eCourse creation will be your primary role, you will also assist in adding courses and content to cloud- and Wordpress-driven LMSes and help with administrative and support tasks for Learners and Instructors.

This job will be 99% remote with very rare in-person meetings (must be located in the USA). Must be able to occasionally travel to VA/DC/MD.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Incorporate audio/narration, video, graphics, animations, transitions, and text to create engaging presentations.
• Work with SMEs to plan and execute their course development needs.
• Build a variety of courses with varying levels of complexity — from basic text and graphics to branched (“choose your own adventure”) courses.
• Participate in regular Zoom discussions and track and provide updates on progress.
• Add/edit/remove/organize courses, users, content, etc. from Wordpress and Wordpress-driven LMS environments.
• Develop SCORM/TIN CAN compliant courses.
• Provide stats/reports to clients on usage and Learner progress.
• Developing learning with ADA compliance in mind.

Experience:

• Extensive Instructional Design knowledge and track record (required)
• Familiarity with Wordpress (preferred)
• Familiarity with LMS administration (preferred)
• Articulate 360/Storyline experience (required)
• Graphic Design (required)
• ADA/508 compliance (preferred)

• LearnDash LMS (not required)
• TalentLMS (not required)

• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)

Job Type:
