The Marketing Coordinator position is a crucial role in ensuring our messaging is consistent, professional, and unique to SSF. Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable about the real estate industry, both nationally and locally.
• Support brokers in their branding and listing marketing efforts.
• Book company ads and adheres to deadlines.
• Assist with coordination and set up of SSF events, sponsorships, and tent opportunities.
• Assist with organization and inventory of marketing items (print, promotional, etc.).
• Work with multiple departments on company initiatives.
• Seek out opportunities for in-person support across all Vail Valley locations.

Print Advertising

• Manage requests for company advertisements, working with in-house designers and submitting to various publications such as local magazines by the assigned deadline.
• Assist creative team in content gathering for company print materials as needed.
• Book and sell all company-offered print spaces to brokers.
• Ensure all broker marketing materials adhere to company brand guidelines and approve/edit within 24 hours of submission.
• Coordinate The Portfolio including but not limited to booking, editing, and proofreading.
• Oversee company standalone ads including booking, design, editing/proofing, and timely submission to the publication.

Digital Advertising

• Coordinate company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Post, drive engagement, and book ads as necessary.
• Aid in content creation for and optimization of digital campaigns including search, social, programmatic, local news retargeting, owned & operated, and the newspaper e-edition for brokers and on the corporate level.
• Craft bi-monthly blog posts, highlighting new listings, local events, and newsworthy topics.
• Create monthly newsletters and other email campaigns to announce events, new developments, local news, and proactive broker marketing support.

Systems & Tools

• Maintain a strong understanding of SSF Systems and Tools including but not limited to kvCORE, Xpress Docs, Marq, Affiliate portals, Showing Time and MLS, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Wistia, Sprout Social, Sharepoint, Canva, Smartsheets, Brokerage Engine, Testimonial Tree, Infogram, ScreenCloud.
• Assist with company and broker online presence including but not limited to SSF website, SEO strategies, and custom websites.
• Learn new systems as needed to complete tasks and/or assist with daily implementation.

Invoicing & Budgeting

• Responsible for Vail Daily + Portfolio billing processing.
• Adheres to budget on all projects, forecasting costs and savings throughout the year.

Other Marketing Support

• Take on additional tasks as requested, including but not limited to running statistical s, creating marketing collateral, creating custom marketing plans for high-end listing presentations, and assist and lead staff and broker trainings.
• Attend open houses and office events on a regular basis.
• Support marketing efforts for SSF Development Sales Division.
• Maintain positive working relationships with SSF vendors including local advertisers, designers, and tech support teams.

General Company Administration

• Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance as per the Company Handbook. Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
• Assist in communication and implementation of new company policies and procedures relating to the day-to-day functions of brokerMaintain a cooperative attitude in working with the external points-of-contact, brokers, colleagues.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $29 – $32 / hour dependent on experience + bi-annual bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
• Experience managing multi-step projects from conception through execution.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize projects and take on additional tasks, as necessary.
• Computer proficiency including programs such as the Microsoft suite of products, as well as ability to learn new systems/platforms on a regular basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a frequent basis.
