About Us:

SLICKHAIR. Company are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Manager to join our team! This role offers the opportunity for Part-time employment to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Engagement: Be the face of our brand on social media platforms, engaging with our audience both online and in person. Create exciting activation ideas and sampling opportunities to connect with existing and potential customers while visiting our retailers.
2. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our Marketing Calendar, including sale periods, retail promotions, global launches, and events. Ensure content is timely, relevant, and resonates with our target audience.
3. Fieldwork: Spend time out in the field, visiting retailers, and capturing content on the streets to authentically represent our brand and products.
4. Event/Activation Planning: Organise and coordinate events and activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Collaborate with other brands for giveaways and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
5. Influencer Partnerships: Scout, select, and manage influencer partnerships. Create and communicate clear briefs to influencers and user-generated content creators to maintain a consistent brand image.
6. Community Management: Oversee community engagement and manage customer inquiries on social media platforms. Foster positive relationships with our online community.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for content and activations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially behind the camera!
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in event planning and influencer management is a plus.
