Duties and Responsibilities
– Framing
– Flooring Installation
– Doors and Trim Installation
– General repairs and maintenance
– Tile Installation
– Demolition
– Exterior/Interior painting
– Drywall installation
– Window Installation
Requirements and Qualifications
– Licensed as a carpenter (an asset but not required), or a combination of training and experience equivalent
– Reliable, punctual, responsible and strong work ethic
– Strong communication skills
– Team player
– Valid Driver’s license and access to own transportation
– Willing to travel up to 1 hour throughout the Greater Toronto Area
– At least 3 years experience
– A set of your own tools
– A pickup truck to carry materials
Schedule
– 8 to 10 hour shift
– Monday to Friday

– $30 – $40/hour
