The ideal candidate will have the following skills

• Positive and enthusiastic, professional customer service
• An inherent ability to build quick and earnest rapport with customers.
• A high level of confidence in identifying the clients’ needs and acting accordingly
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and other technologies
• Strong awareness of patient confidentiality.
• Team collaboration

Note: A combination of education and experience outside of the standards below may also be considered.

• High school diploma
• Medical Health Courses, Medical Administration (an asset)
• Strong computer skills such as MS Office, G-Suite etc.

Type of Experience Desired:

• A Minimum of 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
• Sales experience (an assist)
