Sleep Studio Hiring for Supply Chain Assistant at New York, KY Full Time

Sleep Studio has established omni-channel distribution through big-box and e-commerce retailers and is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to help support our continued growth and become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the coordination of the organization’s operations and logistics, ing to our Director of Operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Purchase order and invoice processes
• Order fulfillment and shipment planning
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and purchasing
• Work within our EDI and ERP platforms
• Assist with shipping/routing process and paperwork
• Communication with factories and suppliers
• Liaise with customer service
• Assist with special projects
• Periodic factory visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in ecommerce, wholesale operations or other related fields
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Great Excel skills
• Operations/logistics/purchasing experience
• Experience with Netsuite and EDI platforms a plus
• Experience with Amazon FBA and Shopify a plus
• Experience with 3PL’s a plus
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
