We have an opportunity for a Receptionist at our office and distribution centre in Richmond.

Job Description

Responsible for answering and directing calls in a friendly and professional manner

Greet all visitors and issue visitor badges and ensure sign-in

Organize and direct ingoing and outgoing mail and coordinate all courier requests

Order all office and kitchen supplies as well as PPE and store supplies nationally

Book office meeting rooms

Ensure that common areas are clean and sanitized (reception, kitchen, meeting rooms) and that PPE stations stocked

Place service calls as required

Administrative support to various departments and any adhoc projects as directed by the reporting manager

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills and able to deal with situations with tact and diplomacy

Strong problem-solving, time management and multi-tasking skills
