We are looking for a hungry Corporate Secretary Executive to support our growth in Australia!

What You Will Be Contributing To

• Incorporating new entities (Pty Ltd, Trust, SMSF…)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines
• Liaising with ASIC from time to time to assist clients
• Interact with clients on a daily basis, addressing their questions, concerns and providing simple explanations supporting them in their decision making process

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience (or more) in a comparable company/corporate secretary role assisting a number of SME clients
• Expert understanding of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC/company operational/ing requirements
• High level of accuracy, proactive problem-solving abilities
• Showcase exceptional communication, client service, and time prioritisation skills
• Have a track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and thrive in a close-knit, supportive team dynamic
