Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Data Entry: You will enter data into our database accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data entered, including details such as names, addresses, and contact information.
Data Verification: You will verify the accuracy of data by cross-checking it with other data sources, such as online directories or social media platforms. You will also identify and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Data Management: You will manage and maintain our database by updating and cleaning it on a regular basis. You will ensure that our database is up to date and free from errors.
Administrative Tasks: You will handle administrative tasks such as email management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation. You will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and answering queries from clients.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Administrator, Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data entry software, databases, and MS Office.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working remotely.
A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
