POSITION SUMMARY:
SKYTRAC provides Flight Data Monitoring, Flight Data Analysis services to fixed wing and rotary wing operators worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will report to the FDM Program Manager and provide industry leading support and insight to our existing and future FDM/FOA customers by implementing, reviewing, and validating flight data.

As a key member of the team, you will report to the FDM Program Manager and provide industry leading support and insight to our existing and future FDM/FOA customers by implementing, reviewing, and validating flight data.
Ideally, we seek candidates who can work in-office in Kelowna. However, we are open to considering remote work with the requirement of a daily overlap within the pacific time zone.
A typical day includes:
- Recommending & implementing appropriate analysis to meet customer business needs
- Support basic file processing for a variety of configurations
- Provide customers with training on our FDM software services
- Responding to internal requests for support regarding flight data
- Reviewing and validating clients flight data
- Responding to clients’ requests for support regarding flight data
- Provide industry standard advice and insight to clients
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer first attitude
- Positive, energetic go getter
- Proven data analysis and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to think independently
- Self-motivated
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Flight safety experience
- Business/aviation related education
- FDM/FOQA program implementation experience
- Experience applying statistical analysis techniques
- Programming experience an asset (xml, sql or javascript)
