Skyline Video Productions Hiring for Sales Representative/Account Manager Full Time

Skyline Video Productions is seeking a Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our crew based in Salem, OR. Skyline Video Productions serves Oregon businesses and organizations with video production, website design, and digital marketing and has operated in the Salem area since 2017.

We operate in a growing industry and many businesses are eager for quality video, website, and marketing content. We continue to expand our services and grow our client base. Every crew member gets to sharpen their skills with training, hands on experience, and team learning.

We are looking for someone to get the job done. A motivated individual to spearhead sales efforts and cultivate client relationships. A person who will continue to learn and keep working even when not directly managed. Someone who cares about clients’ best interests and also the continued growth of Skyline.

COMPENSATION:

• 30-40% starting commission paid on net profit of completed and paid for jobs.
• Net profit is calculated by the Administrative Coordinator or CEO.
• Bonuses & incentives paid for achieving quarterly sales targets/profit levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extremely self motivated, driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Prior sales experience (Ex: car salesman, call center experience, door to door sales)
• Proficient in software systems required for sales management.
• Professional job experience and appearance. Above and beyond ability to speak when presenting yourself and the company.
• Able to represent Skyline Video Productions professionally all times of the day.

EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales lead generation and tracking, with regular ing on progress
• Ongoing Account Management: Communicating with the rest of the team about client’s needs and deadlines
• Attending networking events to represent Skyline in the community.
• Attending regular team meetings to stay in tune with operations
• Consistently follows up and is persistent in managing leads in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to correctly calculate jobs and send quotes.
• Have excellent character, honesty and integrity.
• Have a positive attitude towards growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, timely care.
• Cultivate leads received through Skyline marketing efforts.
• Maintain client relationships and increase annual accounts.
• Responsibly manage and handle company revenue.
• Make time sensitive decisions using sound judgment.
• Advanced time management skills.
• Must be detail oriented as well as organized.
• Expectation to have clear communication in all scenarios.
• Respect for peers, employees, and upper management.

Pay: $36,191.00 – $114,540.00 per year
