We are looking for someone who can effectively use their knowledge of supply chain management to ensure deliveries of materials or products reaches their designate location.

You will assist in providing support to our fleet management systems and the numerous vehicles used here at Skyline. You will also provide support in the upkeep of our two facilities.

You can expect to spend you time accomplishing the following :

• 80% of the time on Objective 1 : Logistics management support.
• 10% of the time on Objective 2 : Facilities support.
• 10% of the time on Objective 3 : Fleet management support.

Job Responsibilities – What To Expect

Customer Distributions (Deliveries) ensuring safe and effective delivery and retrieval of customer and Skyline materials to and from client locations.

Managing availability for support vehicles and making sure that materials are properly recorded, ed, and accounted for in the client and internal master repository for accountability.

To include customer support for requesting materials and services.

Creation of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation, ing, and quality records for all returned and repaired materials and services.

To include ongoing process improvement.

• Shipment processing of light and heavy / freight materials to customer locations with corporate approved providers
• Inventory functions to include routine cycle counting, material pulls for disbursement creation, reconciliations, and record maintenance.
• Creation of receiving documentation and quality records for all material and services. Daily Maintenance, storage, organization, and customer distribution of receiving documentation to include ongoing process improvement.

Order status notifications and quality record follow-up with the client and internal resources.

• Data Entry of customer asset transactions, inventory control, daily receiving log, warehouse organization, record filing, Inventory transfers, record scanning, and general problem-solving.
• General Administration and customer service duties to include supply and stockroom management, order status obtainment, Notifications, coordination, procurement liaison, organization, and warehouse cleaning.
• Support internal Skyline Asset Management process and Customer Asset Management processes (COMAR & FAR)
• Support State and County contracts requiring warehousing and operational support.
• Supporting and managing the Internal IT Asset Stockroom
• Administrative Support
• Facility & Custodian Supply management inventory and re-ordering supplies
• Office Supply management – inventory and re-ordering supplies
• Calendar and Notification Postings
• Library Supply management
• Contractor appointment setting / meeting
• Customer Service
• Facility Repairs and Projects Assisting / Supporting of the Facilities Lead
• Routine cleaning of the facilities – Assisting / Supporting of the Facilities Lead
• Trash removal, vacuuming, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, supply re-stocking, window cleaning, and any other general cleaning duties at both Facilities.
• Potential contractor inspections
• Supporting the Fleet Manager with :
• Administrative Support with the Fleet Manager
• Automotive Supply management inventory and re-ordering supplies
• Calendaring events
• Customer Service
• Supporting routine maintenance on all fleet vehicles with the Fleet Manager
• Appointment setting and vehicle delivery.
• Major Repairs, tires, windshield replacement, Emissions, logos, etc.
• Inspections cleaning, damage, ware
• Employee Shuttling
• Supply control Fluids, lights, wipers
• Supporting Incident Response
• Employee support
• Documentation
• Vehicle recovery

Your Knowledge & Expertise

• High School or Equivalent
• Logistics Experience (2-3 years)
• Forklift experience, certified preferred
• DOT medical card eligibility is required.
• Experience with driving vehicles up to 26,000 GVW required.
• Good driving record / history
• General Facility Knowledge Routine / preventative maintenance
• ERP, ServiceNow, experience preferred.
• Physical Agility Able to Lift 75 Pounds
