Role Description: We are seeking a talented individual to create and manage our day-to-day social media presence. As the social media manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing engaging content on various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, HD app. By collaborating with our team, you will play a crucial role in curating fresh product content, launching new products, managing sponsorships, fostering social partnerships, and contributing to our growth strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop captivating video and visually appealing static posts, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our social media platforms, including YouTube, HD app, Instagram, Facebook.
• Reputation Management; response to reviews on Google, Facebook etc.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques for maximizing views and followership, ensuring optimal and efficient content distribution.
• Collaborate with our marketing department and department managers to fulfill sponsorship commitments through impactful social media posts.
• Create compelling creative assets tailored to different social media platforms, as needed.
• Organize and execute contests, as well as manage email blasts and newsletters using various platforms.
• Track and analyze content performance, providing social insights and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and dealership teams, offering daily recommendations and contributing to headline creation, among other areas.
• Adjust social media strategy based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and emerging trends.
• Generate innovative ideas and develop rollout strategies for testing and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle industry.
• Genuine passion for social media and a proven ability to grow audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and creative content for social media, including both video and static posts.
• Strong team player with a positive work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and experience in optimizing content for maximum impact.
• Knowledge of social media software platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design and image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Exceptional organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
