Job Description

As a Frontend Stack Developer well versed in Angular, you will quickly expand your knowledge and expertise in working with a variety of frontend technologies and languages. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, and you’ll learn from senior talent and by sharing your knowledge and experience with our junior team members. You will work with a diverse team of developers, designers, and product managers who are passionate about technology, user experience and market success.

Our Full Stack Developers actively participates in all phases of the development lifecycle and takes the steps required to deliver the system: unit tests, writing clean code in accordance with our coding standards, providing comments and documentation, and working within our methodologies.

Will play a key role defining and implementing a robust software architecture. As part of the high performance, passionate team, your work here will be noticed, appreciated, tested, and deployed.

While working on this project, you will also assist in coding middleware software to automate communications across multiple platforms to support existing and future operations.

You will be involved in the development of concepts, innovative design, and delivery of solutions right through to completion

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work under the Project Manager, to analyze requirements, staying up to date on assigned projects and any future plans or concerns.

· Building smart and efficient code that works well within a service-based system architecture.

· Developing new features and systems, as well as maintaining existing ones.

· Coordinating with other team members on larger projects, as well as making sure that all systems are communicating effectively.

· Ensuring that coding standards are always implemented across all code.

· Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile apps

· Ensuring responsiveness of applications

· Working alongside, mentoring and supporting a junior developer for user interface development

· Mapping out projects and seeing through from conception to finished product

· Designing and developing APIs for integrations with multiple platforms

· Strong experience with Angular

· Work with our UX/UI designers and other departments to determine and define the parameters around building new code.

· Identifying areas for modification and upgrading in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.

· Monitor quality and performance of features through testing and maintenance.

· Document all work for future reference.

· Writing and implementing efficient code.

· Strong experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS in a complex user interface

· Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Kendo, etc.

· Experience coding for microservices, object-oriented programming and dependency injection

· Demonstrated experience with a product for the enterprise market, preferably SaaS

· Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently and in close collaboration within an agile development team

· Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

· Contribute to code reviews

· Fast learner and extremely comfortable with building and improving complex software systems for critical business processes

· Experienced working in an Agile scrum team as a key contributor and a team player

· Able to consistently solve complex technical issues independently when required

· Working with the QA team on having all code changes tested before production release.

· Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements.

· Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.

· Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting market demands.

· Translate mock-ups and wireframes into functioning front-end code.

· Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.

· Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.

· Conduct design and code reviews and collaborate to ensure your own code passes review.

· Provide design documentation

· Deliver developed and tested components within an enterprise application

· Perform adequate testing to identify problems early

· Respond to requirements from the Quality Assurance group during development of test plans and testing activities

· Drive all projects to completion

· Provide timely response to problem reports

Minimum Requirements:

· Angular, HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, CSS

· Bachelors, Masters or PhD in computer science or software engineering or similar fields
