Full Job Description

What are important things that YOU need to know about this role?
  • Seeking ROCK STAR recruiter that will make our talent acquisition processes world class to attract the very best active and passive candidates in our industry.
  • Lead the hiring process for the majority of our non-exempt position along with other niche positions across the organization.
  • Eligible to be a permanent remote role or can work from our Menomonee Falls, WI location (near Milwaukee).
What will YOU be doing for us? Provide subject matter expertise in sourcing and screening applicants and conducting interviews while building strong hiring manager relationships and providing a gracious recruitment experience to all candidates.
What will YOU be working on every day?
  • Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies (i.e. internet recruiting, career fairs, networking, etc.) as well as management of any third party search partners to ensure staffing needs are met timely while increasing diverse applicant pools.
  • Develop and improve talent acquisition tools including but not limited to job descriptions, interview questions, s, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring that every candidate has a gracious recruitment experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
  • Provide assistance to other team members regarding recruiting related issues and escalate to senior level management, as necessary.
  • Analyze talent acquisition data/metrics and make recommendations to drive efficiencies and keep senior level management abreast of recruitment statistics/updates.
  • Provide training, feedback and mentoring to new and current team members.
  • Evaluate staffing agencies based on organizational need and maintain service agreements and contracts.
  • Perform regular review of hire source effectiveness to ensure most effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Implement and maintain any appropriate candidate assessment tools including the education of how to leverage the information.
  • Lead and conduct appropriate interview activities utilizing best practices and following all federal and state regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization by acting as an advisor throughout the interview and selection process to ensure all variables are considered.
  • Understand and appropriately apply organization’s compensation strategy in order to provide appropriate counsel to management.
  • Manage all offer development and presentation processes.
  • Partner with appropriate internal staff to ensure all post offer activities are completed timely.
  • Manage the development, selection or implementation of any policies or technologies to support diversity, recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Act as main point of contact for internal and external customer’s recruiting technology questions and issues.
  • Partner with Marketing on social media campaigns related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and stay current with trends in the recruiting by attending educational events, reviewing professional journals, and maintaining networks.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
  • Lead other talent acquisition projects that will help improve our techniques/processes.
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition with a focus on the quality of hires.
  • Experience in demonstrating informal leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of legal practices surrounding recruitment.
  • Ability to coach managers through difficult hiring decisions.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and act as an adviser.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals with both internal and external customers.
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate?
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM – CP or other talent acquisition certifications.
  • Previous project management experience.
