Skyframe Hiring for Office Assistant at Hillside, NJ Full Time

Skyframe is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Hillside, NJ.

Job Description:

The Office Assistant will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk, and the Customer Service Manager to assist in the daily operations of the office. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding their billing and payment of their monthly fees, and providing customer service support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate person or department.
• Process monthly fees for accounts receivable.
• Process credit card payments for customers.
• Assist with billing and collections of monthly fees paid by customers.
• Maintain office supplies inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Supervisor.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Office Manager or Supervisor.

Skills:

• Must be able to follow instructions, take direction, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have experience using Quickbooks.
• Must have knowledge of entering bills, receiving payments and work on reconciliation.
• Timeliness and organizational skills are important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
